This applies to all supported carriers, including but not limited to T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon and Sprint, as well as other major and regional carriers. We are not responsible for messages that are delayed, not delivered or affected by your carrier, device or network.

08 Cancellation Policy

We respect your time and ask that you respect ours and that of other guests. The following applies to appointments booked with Herbal Nails & Spa Yorba Linda:

• Cancellations and reschedules should be made at least 24 hours before your appointment so we can offer the slot to another guest.
• Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule, depending on availability.
• No-shows and last minute cancellations may be subject to a fee or a deposit requirement for future bookings.
• Deposits may be required for large groups, lash sets or permanent makeup appointments and are applied toward your service.
• Service satisfaction. If something is not right with your service, let us know within 48 hours and we will do our best to make it right. Completed services are generally non-refundable.

Specific deposit amounts and any fees will be communicated to you at the time of booking.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California.
